My grandpa lives there...
I grew up in Carol Stream and moved to Elgin when I was a freshman in High School.
I don't live there anymore, though...

Anyway, I want to know everyone's opinion. Since Thrawn has already won, should he get a handicap or not? The handicap will be that he'll be marked a tiny bit harder. So, what does everybody think? It all depends on everyone's opinion.
