Nintendo hited that it has been making a new device that will be used on the GCN.
Iwata-san pointed out that Mario Party 6 will be using something that will apply to gamers, even those who can't use the controller (wth?)
Anyway, Mario Party 6 looks like it will use that device, and it shall hit stores this year i JPN

Didn't Nintendo announce this in April?
Anyway, it's interesting news. There's a rumor going around that the device is Nintendo's version of the EyeToy.

Yea, But i bet Nintendo will do something new and fun! And I bet it will be better than Sonys'!

Oh gawd... I'm getting sick of these Mario Party games.. the only one that was ever good was the first one.. but I sold it 'cause it gave me a bad blister from that f*cking paddling game, and the wore down my controllers too fast..
It was a waste of money to buy that game in the first place..

After 2 the series went downhill. I really, really liked 2. 3 was good, but I still like two better. After playing the horrible, HORRIBLE 4, I'll never touch the series again. That game was just awful. I'm done with Mario Party.

Yeah! the mario parties are fun but the older ones are better. I liked 2 becuase it was, well... fun! Three was one of my favs becuase it has many fun features and new characters. 4 kinda sucked. 5 was fun but not the best. the board game in 5 was horible with the capluses and stuff but the garage thing was cool. You should be able to chnage your colour in mario party like in melee. that would be funner! I wonder what will 6 be like? and i cant wait to see this new feature! ^_^
