Sales numbers have come in, and they went out right away- through the roof.
Paper Mario 2 (Known as Mario Story) has sold over 90,000 units in its first few days and is expected to hit the 100,000 thousand mark in its first week (if it has not already).
The title is to be released in the US later this year

I'm not surprised. After all, the Mario series are known to sell very well.
Btw, does anyone know when it'll be released in europe?

Or do you just have something against the letter a? 2. 100,000 thousand? It's expected to sell a million copies that quick? That's impressive... Anyway, yeah, I'm not surprised. By the way, did you know that the US name for PM2 is now Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Old Door? I wonder what that name is suppose to mean...

This is some very good news. It's nice to know that Paper Mario 2 is selling so well in Japan. By the way, did you know that the US name for PM2 is now Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Old Door? I wonder what that name is suppose to mean... I'm guessing that Mario has to enter the door or something... it probably has something to do with the plot. Personally I'd rather just leave it PM2. |

Good for Nintendo, there are only a hadn full of games that sell that well.
I'm not much of a Mario fan so I think I will just rent it.
