Animal Crossing cured my depression! I found it odd, because my interest in that game had been deteriorating, and I was in no way planning to get Wild World for DS. But oddly, on a snow day when I felt kind of sad, I popped it into my GameCube and suddenly I felt happier! I was a little upset, since my Christmas list was made and I wanted the DS version. Well, earlier this week I struck a deal with my Mom, she'll buy it if I promise to not use it until Christmas. Well, only 7 more days....
Has anything else like this happened to you before?

I get happy when I play any game.
Um, that's a lie. I hate lots of games. Lots of games of which I was stupid enough to play (Alfred Chicken, Lifeline, Street Fighter 2021) or wasted lots of money on it to play (Evolution Worlds, Earthworm Jim on GBA--they BUTCHERED IT FOR A POOP BOSS?!?!?!?!?!?)
Well, I guess I could say I'm happiest when I am playing games that are fun... Like when I'm angry, I like to play Mega Man or Sonic games. Or when I'm sad, I'll play Mario or something that's funny (like the weirdness that is Katamari Damacy, a game I have only played...once). And when I'm happy, I play a game called "Real Life."

I hated those games too. Right now I just can't wait until Sunday, cause I'm greedy and stuff, and Mario Kart has totally mutilated ANY skill I've had in a Mario Kart game.

Yeah. I've never remembered any Mario Kart game being THIS difficult. But that's certainly a good thing; MK was getting too easy. Besides, once you do get really really good at the game, you can completely stomp your friends in multiplayer.

The game that makes me happy is SSBM. Just because I'm good at it. And also becuase its one of my all time favourite games.
So, naturally, when I'm bored I play SSBM.
I also like playing FFVII. Because it is the greatest game ever to be created.
Or I would play with my cat. Or listen to Beethoven (yes, I like classical music, now shut up). Or play the piano. Or eat food.
Any of those will make me happy.

Nice. So FFVII is pretty good, eh? I've only played Final Fantasy (NES), Final Fantasy VI (SNES), and Final Fantasy VIII (PSone). I haven't beaten a single FF game (I won't count Mystic Quest... It's just not FF), but now that my PlayStation is fixed, I'll probably be able to beat VIII. Despite what everyone's told me about how "bad" it was compared to FFVII, I've enjoyed it thoroughly. I want to get FFVII, but none of my local gamestores have it, and when they do, it's usually 30 bucks. That I don't have on me.

Haha... yeah i haven't played FFVIII myself but my freiend has it. I watched him play. Sure enough, it would beat most other RPG games, but not FFVII. It's seriously the best game ever to be created IMO.

Well, I finally have FFVII. It's better than VIII... but not by much. VIII has much better visuals (something I noticed right off the bat), and I found the Summoning system in VIII to be more intuitive... Maybe the reason why I didn't get too excited about the Materia system was that I've played Skies of Arcadia on Gamecube and found that the Materia system and the Magic Stone system are quite similar. Still, VII is a damn classic, end of story.

Yeah, good you like it. The storyline makes is what makes it awesome, so keep playing and you'll love it more.

The only FFs I've played are X and Tactics Advance, TA ruled, X, well, I'll just be nice and say I 'strongly disliked' it.

The most absurdly overrated Final Fantasy game to date. It was so unfairly popular, it spawned a sequel that was even worse. It mixed FF with Powerpuff Girls, Barbia, and Brittany Spears. You don't have to be nice... I didn't like it much either. And, Tidus is a weenie.

Hey I like PPG! But yeah, they turned those three into strippers, and it just had an awkward battle system, etc. etc.

I will once I can find it.
Or if Square makes the remake for PS3 I'll buy that.
