How about a sequel to MM:
The Legend of Zelda
Fierce Deity's Mask
The plot:
Link continues his search for Navi. Miles from Termina and a long way from Hyrule, Link learns that Princess Zelda has gone missing. Now he must journey to a distant land once ruled by six magical beings: Odoruwa, Goht, Gryorg, Twin-Mold, Majora, and Fierce Deity.
Once Link enters this land, a dark shadow falls upon it and an evil force is awaken. Using the Fierce Deity's Mask, Link must destroy the evil rescue the Princess and find his friend, before it's too late.

Metroid Prime 3: Wario Takes Over Hyrule
The ultimate meld of three of Nintendo's biggest franchises. Samus and Link have to team up against Wario and Ganondorf, who have taken over Hyrule (again) and stolen Samus' ship.
