Why'd you choose Proboards?

I'm not sure of his real reason, but I'm going to guess that he chose PB because there are way more PB forums (and advertisements for them) than there are Conforums, Suddenlaunch, and Hyperboards.
Or he might have tried registering for CF when their servers were full, and was redirected to PB, but only JSR knows.

BRO_co got one of the reasons correctly. There are a lot of ProBoards out there, which probably means that it's a good forum host.
Also, I liked the level of customization (oppose to InvisionFree). That's another reason I went with PB.

And in PB you can use the 'Mimic Board' n the Modify Headers and Footers but from what I remember you can't in CF.

Umm... *looks at title* Honestly.. if you're gonna direct a question to a certain person, next time.. you should PM them instead... That's true.

I tried moving my forums to Invision when they were still young, but Invision just... sucked. I made all my boards, but it told me I didn't have any... either way, it sucked and didn't work, so I kept PB. I never tried anywhere else. I was looking at RN one day when I saw a link to make your own board, so I did. I dunno why I felt like I needed to share that story, but I did.

The only reason the boards didn't show up, was because you didn't select any of the options right.
I use Invisionfree... and I haven't had any problems with it.

Hero- You need to turn it on (by selecting view or something) I myself chose Proboards simply because it has great features, "active" support, and Im EXCITED about PBV4! Oh and MOT: Use the PM System next time

Everyone I showed my board to could see all the stuff, but it told me my boards didn't even exist.
I dunno, and I'm not worried about it.

Proboards is a pretty good BB. They have a high level of customization. But I, personally, would have used IPB 2.0. And yes...InvisionFree sucks. o.o But you could have used the free version of Invision Power! j/k
