Alex is leaving, because he thinks Oscar and everybody else is out to get him. I tried talking to him about it, but he won't change his mind. He always thinks he is to blame. I'm not saying that he is the blame.

Guys...listen, THIS is the problem. If you want to carry on conversations like this, this is NOT the place. You can use the PM functions of the message boards or how about actually talking...like not on the internet. These boards are to discuss the site and whatever is the topic of the specific board you are on, but not to have conversations like these. So stop. And don't reply with an apology or assurances it wont happen again. Just don't do it anymore.
