I have absolutely no idea where any of the Mods are... I've checked Dan's website to see that he isn't very active there, either... And, out of the other guys, Richard's the only one who's been posting, and even then it's only once in a while.
Where IS everybody?
EDIT: Oh, wait; it could be that some of them are stuck in school, then have lots of homework and crap. That's probably it, although I still have the feeling that I'm pretty far off...

I'm stuck at school (almost over :3).
Well, not right now, but whatever. We should suggest that one of the older, experienced members *cough*John*cough*Mephisto*cough*Gray*cough* become a mod or something. :/ The spam is uncontrollable.

Nah, I have no interest in becoming a mod, and I doubt jason will need another mod anyway.

Yipee I finished school last month! Nah, I have no interest in becoming a mod, and I doubt jason will need another mod anyway. Congrats, I have a year and over a half left, and then 4-6 (4 for sure. 6 if i can get the money for a masters) years of college >< I don't think I would make a great mod. I'm a mod at another site already, and here, I couldn't do it. Nobody really comes here except us few regulars (bad grammar, i know, but meh), and I don't feel like trying to stop you guys. Everybody would be banned if there was any authority here, but seriously, we need to work on the spam. With absence of an OT board, the spam has gone onto the other boards I guess >< which isn't much better. |

bringing back the off-topic board wont solve everything. but it will remove most of the spam from other boards.
(ducktape is troublesome and in a different topic)

Yeah, Gray has a point. If we ALL (as in the regular members) try to reduce the spam, we should be able to calm down.

Let me explain why we need Off-Topic and why we are spamming. We meet others online. We become cool with these other people. We chit chat, and debate and whatever else friends do. We spam because we sorta lose sight due to no authority and no where to really just chat, so it sorta spills onto the other boards that are unreleated. I agree, the spam needs to die, but we need somewhere where we can just chill, ya know? I'd say another forum, but then we'd have to all join a new forum and such, that place might get f'd up, and it was jsut a hassle, as opposed to just adding a new OT board here. |
