Thank you, and yes, you sorta have to get into it. The combat IS a bit simplistic but not nearly as much if you play as a force, requiring quite a bit of strategy and trial and error in finding enemy weaknesses and resistances to techniques. Really, you start liking it around the alst area on normal mode and just get addicted to it by the time you reach hard mode, because hard mode introduces the concept of finding rare weapons, leveling up faster, etc. I guess I just didn't get into it enough, lol. I played it for about an hour with my friend and that was about it... I never played it again.

Also, I do enjoy KAR, but only city trial in multiplayer, so for me it is only worth it if you have a few friends over often who are willing to play it. My friends and I enjoy stealing each other's air machines and putting them in our "bases" around the city, that we have to guard to make sure the others don't steal it back. It is very fun, but only for city trial, I don't like the rest too much. Me and my friend have bases too.

Me and my friend have bases too. Well that's odd, but it is a very fun way to play, especially with four people fighting it out over each other's cars. My friend named it Grand Theft Kirby

I think I'll come back to this thread a little later. I spent my money on Viewtiful Joe for a friend, so I don't have 50 dollars to blow anymore... plus I plan to get a DS with my Christmas money, so this is kinda pushed out of the way <_<

Well, I voted for Mario Power Tennis. I would have voted for ToS, but since I only paid $25 for it, I couldn't encourage someone to pay $50 for it. Both are great games though.

It all depends on how much time you have to kill. Out of all the choices i would only get PSO episode 1&2, or ToS. Because the both kick ARSE! But if you have less time, get ToS. Even though its an RPG, you can feel accomplished by beating it in about 40 hours or so, and you can always put it down even though it rocks your socks. PSO however, is so freaking addictive, that by the time you get your guy to level 20, YOU WILL NOT STOP PLAYING IT FOR ANYTHING! I forsook food, water, sleep, and even sweet urination for over 17 hours the day i got it. And thats the god's honest truth. I have 3 characters i use steadily on it, and there all over lvl 80, plus ive logged over 100 hours on each. Thats not counting the minor characters i use. It is fun alone, but if you can find somebody (or 3 somebody's) who you can also get addicted to it, do so and have them play all the time. Because i guarantee that after you find your first special weapon, you will only want more. So if you have many gaming friends and lots of free time, get PSO. If you have little time, are a hermit, or are incabable of producing the human fun gene with other people around, get ToS, but both games do rock my socks off.
