I'd say Roy. I use Link most of the time, but I pull out Roy when I want to do some serious playing. He's just more powerful.
Granted, I'm really not that great at SSBM, but Roy's my best character.

That is if you charge his sword. He jumps slow though and runs slow. Marth is faster. MUCH faster!  |

MUCH faster! yoy has his good points you know his blade is stronger if you hit the enemy with the middle of the blade rather than the tip of the blade with marth. plus he's stronger. but i prefer marth because of his speed. you picked marth because i was good with him right?  |

I like Roy and my brotrher likes Marth. I like him because he has a powerful sword. I like charging up and then blasting people. ;D

I use Falco, although people hate him and he basically is a slower Fox clone, pay attention to how useful he is in the air. I mainly base my style around countering, dodging, and bashing my enemy up in the air, so Falco is very useful.

I would love to boot up my GC right now and give it a shot, but I'm really rusty as it is, so I do need a bit of practice. Also, it isn't doing so well right now, having a bit of trouble getting it to read discs. |

I like Zelda in SSBM; she rawks with her nice magic abilities, but I'm not good at SSBM, even though it's fun.
