If I had the money, I would definitely purchase a system for that money. Assuming this is real, that kid is horrible. I just wish they would've recorded him opening it up on Christmas morning and put it on the internet. Priceless. Juuuuuuust priceless.

Just to clarify, I was speaking about the $2,000 speaker system. I've actually dropped alot of cash on my setup I have now and if I had the money right now, I would actually upgrade it, heh.

2k for a stereo system isn't ludicrous. If I had the money, I would pick one up too. I love listening to games and movies on awesome setups. Anyway, even tho its natural for the kid to want it I think its good what the dad did. Kids need to learn patience and definately need to be taught that violent tantrums will get them nowhere. BTW love the icon Justin

BTW love the icon Justin Definitely not. When I eventually move out and get a career out of college I'll likely do the same, and I certainly won't mind dropping a few thousand on a new TV either. My current Samsung HDTV is ok, but it definitely has enough flaws to make me want another one, especially after my brother just purchased a really nice 46" Toshiba DLP. Oh, and thanks on the icon. Samus was my first choice, but obviously she was already taken so I went with the almost forgotten star of the great Kid Icarus.
