Lumines is coming to the live arcade.'
Also CoD 2 and PGR 3 were the best launch titles. PD0 should have been but it wound up being completely forgettable.

That was, before news of Nintendo's wifi connections. Sure, Xbox Live might be easier to use, but they don't have software cool enough to stand up to the likes of Animal Crossing and Mario Kart.

right you are, but it came all to late..... Not exactly. Mario Kart's online beat Halo 2's online squarely. MK accrued about as many users in just a few weeks that took Halo 2 a few months to accrue. It isn't too late; as a matter of fact, it's just in time.

I prefer Xbox-Live though, because it was easier to find games ratehr than wait 15 minutes just looking for somebody on Mario Kart or Metroid Prime. ><

Well, after a while of posting here, I have a 360. Is it worth it? Yes. Totally... if you have Xbox Live enabled. I got my 360 with PGR3, Perfect Dark Zero, and Kameo in the bundle, and out of them all I really love Kameo the best. PGR is really cool, very beautiful for a racing game. The people on Live, though, can be real jerks. Perfect Dark is good, but not great in single player; the Story mode is less-than-spectacular, with mixed voice actors to boot. The gameplay is fun, however, and I had a blast on Xbox Live just last night fighting off opponents (I actually spawned a Jetpac and flew up to where snipers were getting headshots, and blew them to kingdom come! ). I like Kameo because of it mixing everything up that you need in a launch game: good graphics, a good plot, nice gameplay (especially in the unique transforming ideas, good job Rare!), and a cool soundtrack. The only flaws I can see are that 40% of the Elemental Warriors are used for just one purpose or more, and then there is no reason to ever use them again. And then there's Thorn, the final boss. He is way too difficult as opposed to the other bosses, and then when he dies, if you don't kill this fairy thing before it all ends, you have to fight him AGAIN. Not cool. And a week after all this, I got Full Auto as a gift from my Grandpa. It's fun, but sort of boring after the key feature in the game starts to lose its entertainment value. I have yet to play it on XBL. What I love about 360's XBL is the Marketplace: New content for games, now movie trailers and show trailers, Xbox Live Arcade, and even free demos of 360 games! And they DO deliver for the latter statement: Oblivion and the sports games are the only games that don't have downloads, and even Lost Planet, a game from E3, is up. The demos are a huge plus, especially when you aren't sure how good a game is. My expectations for Tomb Raider Legend are pretty nice thanks to the demo, and I already know that Lost Planet has potential for greatness. So if you can find a 360 and these games, try it. I recommend a 360 for SURE if you plan to go on Live.
