I did not know where to put this so I put it here. ;D
Well with the new school year I need a new alto sax for band because my old one sucks! New ones usually cost about $900 but I can find one under $500. I planned on getting the Wii with my Christmas money but I want and need a new sax. What do you guys think?

Look for a used Saxaphone that is in good condition. Why can't you get your parents to help you with the sax? You need it for school anyways.

Well I already have a used Saxophone and it is old and crappy so I want to buy a new one but when I tell my mom she just tells me I already have one.

as a gamer i say go with the Wii
as a low brass player i say go with the used sax
as a band member in general, i say go with the new sax!
i find my self torn between my 2 loves, luckly i can get both cause the school is suplying new tubas for me!
ask your band director about a lease or rental program.

I can rent the Sax brand new and after I rent it fo a certain amount of time it is offialy mine but it is better to buy the Sax under $500.
My heart says Wii but my brain says sax.

If enough people vote for the Wii I will get that and use my crappy used Saxophone for another year. I might just save up for both. About $750. I will end up with $500 or $600 after my birthday shortly after Christmas.

a medium good sax for $900 i have a bro who plays and he knows so if u want a good one save up more money

I might end up getting the Wii because I alone can not save up 900+ dollars. Or I might rent one and then eventually it will be mine.
