Understandable. XD It's alright. My sister likes it more than me, though.

I hated my ps2 sooo much, but the only reason i kept it was because i loved the games (ie, suck-ass console, great games on it though).
my Xbox replaced it, and i stuck with it, until now

PSP was what I thought would be totally lame but then Lumines came into my life. Only soundtrack I EVER bothered downloading.

I think that the platformers are off the chain on the PS2.
i also have a PSP, i mostly use it for music, but i have SW:battlefront 2, RR, GTA, and a whole bunch of movies

To me, the PSP is pretty weak when it comes to it's games. The machine is delicate, pricey, and doesn't have that many worthy games. Even if it does have Lumines they are having one for Xbox Live and a port of the PSP version to the PS2 much like GTA Liberty City Stories, along with other PSP games being ported to the PS2.
I am loving Xenosaga II. The story is freaking awesome. I love my RPGs with awesome stories and cutscenes. ^_^ Gotta get XS I then XS III.
What are some good PS2 RPGs with good stories that aren't done by SquareEnix or any of the Shin Megami Tensei games. Those I know are already awesome.

I've never played the ninth game. Is it any good at all? It's awesome. It returns to the world of the original FF titles, back away from the futuristic, sci-fi ones like VII and VIII. The only downside to it was that one you get far enough the game denies you from accessing many towns, which I think was a horrible idea. but all else is good.

The PSP's only weak point is the fact that it only has a 100 or so games, but has like 300+ movies. Plus, the UMD format is a really weak disk format, cause it costs more then cartriges and DVD's, but holds less (then DVD's)
The PSP its self "had" potential, like it featured web browsing, hi-res. screen, a good MP3 player also, and has good movies. But the games were PS2 ports, and no one wanted to play games on a new system that they had already played before, but with a new name, which you can thank EA for. (ie, Burnout, Need for Speed, all PS2 ports, but with a new name)

Yes, I do agree it had potential, but it fell short on that.

Its kinda sad really, all sony did was make a MP3 player and a new way (also expensive way) to view movies, thats it, not much else...
