Yeah, like those INTENSE boss fights in some games.
Though in the Metorid Prime series the music intensified the boss fights. I always managed to hear the music during boss fights. It had that much impact on me.

well if a game has excellent gameplay its music often become famous even if it isn't that good.

oh yeah. all it is is looping of the same song over and over. even the boss fights have the same music.
