The release dates for you internationalers, have been announced. Although the European release date announcement is a bit old, I thought I would go mention it here anyways. Australian release date is June 21st. European Release date however, comes 9 days later on June 30th. For once you Australians get something before another country. EDIT: The European release date has been changed. It is now July 27th according to Nintendo of Europe. It's unknown at this time if the Australian date is changed or not.

Wonder if the same Global Trading trend that's happening right now between the U.S. and Japan is going to happen here in these two continents.

If it changes..... I dunno... something nasty might happen. It's a long enough wait as it is. They better not change it!!!

Hee-hee! Lookit me! I'm playing Pokemon and you're not!! Buwahahaha!
Well, seriously, it's not like it's a big improvement over all the other Pokemon games. Although... Lucario IS a kickass Pokemon. (Vote for a playable Lucario in Brawl, everybody!!!!)

Most of my friends have given up the wait and imported them by know. Why the delay?

Who knows? It took Rareware two years to release the long-delayed Banjo-Tooie for N64, so delays just seem to happen at the publisher's request. They can keep the game from you as long as they want. :/

And sadly, keeping them delayed and such... isn't that great for business. Wish they would get their heads out of their asses and figure that out.

Shiva, with the possible exception of Rareware, these publishers don't just delay game releases because they feel like it. They delay them because it gives them more time to tweak the game. What did you want, Pokemon Diamond and Pearl or Pokemon Half-Assed and Not Even Trying? The delays for the European releases of Pokemon are probably due to localization methods. Rules of localization differ from country to country; what may be flagged as inappropriate in one country might be overlooked in another country, etc.

Umm.. you obviously took it the wrong way. Sometimes they just delay a game longer than it should take.
Didn't need to take the bloody wording so god damn serious. --;

You claimed delays weren't good for business. I just asked you what you wanted: a rushed, unfinished product as a result of zero delays, or a beautiful, awesome game that was delayed once or twice? (cough, Twilight Princess, cough) So what's really better for business here, bad products or products that are worth your money?
