If you deleted all the ones with posts, wouldn't that mean that there are a lot of those "annonymous" posts around? That would get kinda annoying to look through all the time, if you ask me. And if it just deleted them straight out of everything, that would kinda make it lose some of the relevance of the place, imho.
Edit: Ahh yes, guest. I forgot that was the title given to them.
