The new version of Random Nintendo is finally here! Here's a link to the site itself. As for the Yoshi Touch & Go contest, you can enter that by clicking right here. It's only open to US residents, though.
What do you think of the new Random Nintendo? Do you love it? Do you hate it? Please share your thoughts in this thread.
I posted the following about the new RN and the site's future on the site, but I'll post it here too:
I hope you guys like the new RN.

I posted the following about the new RN and the site's future on the site, but I'll post it here too:
At last, the new Random Nintendo is here! v6 has been in the works for a long time and as I'm sure you have noticed, some very big changes have been made. In addition to these big changes, RN has some exciting plans for the future.
First, I would like to talk about the what has changed here at RN. Obviously, there's the new layout. In my opinion, the new layout is way better than anything RN has ever had before. Not only does the layout a better fit for RN's content, but it is also powered by a great Content Management System, called nCaster. I put a lot of time and effort into this new layout and I hope you like it.
In addition to the new layout, RN has a few new sections and plenty of new content. The new Game Movies section is where you can watch all of the latest Nintendo-related game footage, thanks to our friends at GameTrailers.com. There's also an Import Reviews section now. Plus, there's a lot of great, new content, which you can see by browsing around the site.
Some other changes that have taken place have to do with the merger of Random Nintendo and Virtual Fusion. For those of you that don't know, VF was run by Oscar-RN (who is a very active member of the RN Community). This merger gave RN many new opportunities. One of the biggest things that the merger made possible is the awesome staff that RN now has. The staff is decided to bringing you the best coverage around and they will be putting a lot of work into the site. Feel free to check out the Staff Profiles to get to know the RN Staff a little bit better.
Another addition to the site is the Lik-Sang advertisement under the navigation to the left. I know what you're thinking... "Ads? On RN?!" Yes, ads. This isn't a great rich quick scheme for the staff or anything like that. The ads are for your benefit. By clicking the links to Lik-Sang and buying something in that same browser window, RN will get money. This money will then be spent on various merchandise to hold future contests... So, as you can see, this really is benefiting you. By buying something from our friends at Lik-Sang, you, and the rest of RN's readers, get to participate in more contests and win more stuff. It really is a win-win situation.
As for the future of RN, there's a lot of stuff in the works. As you can tell from browsing around the site, we're going to start a Mailbag. We'll also be launching new, unique content, such as the upcoming RN Video. RN Video will be a monthly movie made by our staff member, Greg. The movie will basically be game footage mixed to music. Speaking of monthly content, we'll now have monthly content such as editorials, RN Video and a new rumor column called The N-Formant.
The future looks very bright for RN. The site will be updated daily with the latest news, content will be added more often, and a lot more. There's no question about it: Random Nintendo is back and better than ever!
