It's a holiday that the media and certain special interest groups are increasingly despising every year. For that reason alone, we should all recognize it as something special.
For years, dads have been represented as boobs and bumblers on TV, been downplayed by feminist groups the world over, and torn from their children by either easy-demand divorce or the failed American public school system.
Well, let me run this by you: without the presence of a father, families are more likely to end up in poverty, disfunction, and lack of any moral direction. Without a dad, kids grow up raised by the school system instead (Since Mama has to work in order to feed her kids) and grow up to become delinquents, malcontents, chauvenists, even criminals.
Without a dad, you wouldn't even be here on this Earth.
And yet, the world wages war on fathers, boys, and men in general. They emphasize the woman as the "definite", "mature" human example while downplaying the male end of our species. In order to eradicate their masculinity, they enforce them into feminization. You've seen it all now: ideas like "women would make better leaders", "getting in touch with your feminine side", and so on. I ask you, was Bloody Mary a great ruler for Britain? And if I have to get in touch with my feminine side, where does my inherited masculinity go as a result?
Take, for a latest example, a report by (I think it was) Fox News, claiming that scientists can now create sperms from female cells, ending the report with a happy, chiming "Imagine a world without men!"
Sorry, but I can't imagine the world to be a good place if men went exctinct. The only way to do that would be to force a mass genocide of the male population, starting with eliminating the need for fathers. And as I've previously stated, you get rid of the father, and the government will take his place (And ruin their kids).
The easiest way to get rid of the father is, of course, to destroy his masculinity. To feminize him. I tell you, when you do that, when you rip a man away from the masculinity God had given him since birth, you end up with a torn, broken, utterly confused individual with no direction. It's the same disastrous result when you try to masculinize women.
We were born male and female. We were given different qualities of different uses, and we need each other. We need our mothers to nurture and raise us, we need our fathers to provide for us and protect us, and we need both parents to teach us. To bring us up when we're down. To lift us when we fall.
Fathers have the leadership qualities necessary to lead their kids into the future. With my father's wisdom, I'll carry on. I'll put my ideas to the test. I'll run the distance. I'll take his advice and fly as high as my wings can lift me.
Not the government. Not the public school system. Not society. Not a village.
It takes a real man to be a father. To be a leader and a visioneer for your family, and for you. Happy Father's Day.
