List all stores that you know sell the zelda collectors disc, I know it's not *suppose* to be sold (but we all know some stores break the rules)

None do. The Collector's Disc is packed inside the GameCube box.
However, you might be able to find a used copy at GameStop or EB Games.

EB Games is selling the OoT/MQ disk at the one in the mall, so it's possible that they will have the Zelda Collector's Disk at some time.
