I'll tell you heaps of shortcuts.
Mushroom Cup
Luigi Circuit - none, except for the little street behind both Chain Chomp (not accessible in 50cc)
Peach Beach - pretty easy, at the beach go to the left at low tide, or use mushrooms at high tide.
Baby Pak - none
Dry Dry Desert - none
Flower Cup
Mushroom Bridge - 1. Straight after the startline, go right to a little path that leads to a pipe (not much of a shorcut). 2. To avoid the traffic: go left after the first tunnel. 3. between the two tunnels you should come across a sandy hill. Use your mush room to boost over it. 4. On the arch of the bridge. there's about 3 or 4 booters.
Mario Circuit - none
Daisy Cruiser - after the ballrom, drop through the open hatch and go trhough the big vent.
Waluigi Stadium - none, but to avoid the huge Piranhas that come out of the pipes, just run on the wall.
Star Cup
Sherbet Land - at the second icy bit where there's all the ice blocks that freezes you, keep going straigh and use a mushroom to zip behind a big column.
Mushroom city - Keep going straight at the first intersetion and to the right in between the buildings you should find a pink-purplish coloured path.
Yoshi Circuit - right before the first tunnel use a mushroom to jump over the pool and on to the other side. 2. after the second tunnel, watch your left and note that the fence starts from a pretty random place. Well, if you use a mushroom right next to the place where the fence starts, you will see a massive underground road and you can get to it.
DK Mountain - none, but you can sometimes jump over the gap at the last hairpin turn.
Special Cup
Wario Colosseum - at the bit where the course becomes like a bowl, go dead straight and you'll boost over the gap.
DinoDino Jungle - At the splitting bridge take a sharp right and you'll go on a narrower one with boosters, but doesn't make much deifference. 2. inside th cave, take a hard right and use a mushroom to boost opver the bridge and onto a pretty big path.
Bowser Castle - at the room where Bowser' statue fires fireballs, instead of turning go straight and you can make it over the gap which the Bowser statue uses to fire this way. It's best if you hold left gently so you don't fall off the other side when you land.
Rainbow Road - none.
