My Gamecube got broken once. So i called the Big N and asked them where I can get it fixed. They told me to go to an Official Nintendo Repair Center. I went there, with memory card, GCN and all. When i got there, i filled out a form and stuff. Then, i gave them my gcn. They said "If we can fix the problem, we will call you and you will have to pick it up, if we cannot detect the error, a new one will be sent by NOA to your home". So i waited and waited until one day, a box was sitting at my door. It was my GCN! My point is, go to an official Nintendo Repair Center. Call 1-800 255 3700 if u need help. Nintendo dot com says: Factory Service Authorized Service Center Customers in the U.S. have the option to send their repairs directly to Nintendo. To assist with sending in your repair, Nintendo uses a network of FedEx Drop-Off locations across the United States. Each repair includes: Fast Repair Service. Systems usually returned in 5-7 business days from the time the product is received. Genuine Nintendo parts. 90-day repair guarantee, or the remainder of your 1-year warranty (whichever is longer). The FedEx Drop-Off program is not available in Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. If you are unable to use the Factory Repair service, Nintendo also offers a network of factory authorized repair centers across the United States and Canada. Authorized Service Centers offer: A FREE pass/fail test. Genuine Nintendo parts. 90-day repair guarantee, or the remainder of your 1-year warranty (whichever is longer). So There! If you have qs, go call Nintendo or : www.nintendo.com/consumer/repair/index.jspI hope i have helped!
