Dead Phoenix is not going to hit store shelves, it was cancelled by Capcom so they could "make you pee in your pants" with Resident Evil 4. DP (Deap Phoenix) was part of the Capcom 5. It was a very wanted game.
Well, it was cancelled on August 12th 2003. I wanted this game very much. Here are some awesome screens:
