I just got it today and its soo cool. You get to store all of ur ruby and saphire pokemon in it that way u can catch even more on the game. Since i got every single pokemon in Ruby just missing 7 and have 136 pokemon on my saphire i get to store them all in on easy click. And i had pre ordered it to so it comes with a cool memeory card with saphire on the front and ruby on the back, and a link and 2 pokemon badges! You can only get it from the pokemon center and NY or order it. www.pokemoncenter.comIts pretty awsome. |

It seems kind of pointless to me... Why should I spend $20 on a storage device? The only nice thing about it is the cool Memory Card 59, which comes with it.

Well it seems cool to me. That's perfectly fine. I'm glad that you like it. All I was saying is that I don't see a point to it. But, that's just my opinion. |

1) It's not pointless, especially if you're a heavy breeder. Or you want something to store your heavily trained Pokemon and don't want to lose them when you start a new file.
2) You can get Pokemon with moves they can't normally learn in R/S. Like a Skitty with Pay Day (which is actually good, same thing Meowth/Persian learns), or a Pichu with Surf (and then evolve it and get a Surfing Pikachu, just like Yellow version), or a Zigzagoon with Extremespeed, which is actually a powerful normal type attack. You can also get Beldum eggs from Box, and Beldum are rare Pokemon.

Hmm one thing I don't get. Does it actually have some sort of gameplay or is it just for storing pokemon?

Shiva - That's a cool Memory Card!
KOE - You can play Ruby and Sapphire on it, without a GBA. But, besides that, I don't think there's much gameplay.

It does what it name says, it's a storage box.
But.. the only gameplay it has is the built-in emulator which allows you to play Pokemon R/S on your TV.. not any other games.. but it's good if you don't wanna dish out $50 for a GBP, and to just play R/S...

You exactly right Shiva. And when you first turn it on the girl talks to you and you get a cool secret egg. Its stored in the box. You can also view your pokemon in full 3D mode and make a big crowd of them. O yah and the memeory card is cool it comes with stickers to put on it and write ur name on it.

No. You get a (highlight to read) Swablu with False Swipe (end of highlight)
Did that incase people wanted it to be a surprise instead...
