In the game Super Smash Bros. Melee, did anybody notice that if you switch the language over to Japenese, that many of the Pokemon voices (the one's in the Poke Balls, not the four character you can play) are different?
Also in the sound test, the Narrator has many phrases that I can't find in the game. He says "Loser Out" and "Winner Out" and when I go to the tournament mode (the only place I know of that has Loser/Winner Out), he doesn't say it???

It's the Japanese name.For example,If Jigglypuff appered(if it wasn't a playable char.),it would say,"Purin!"-.-

Japan always have different names and stuff ect: Shine Get! and or Famicon well Shine Get is just how its said in Japan, its because of their language its proper "speaking" to them. Famicom is just the name Family Computer for short. You know all languages are different, and may seem "different" to you. Like in Spanish you always say that noun then the adjective. La nina fea is muy inteligente. In tranlastion word for word, that means the The girl ugly is very intelligent. But it wont make sense in english so we say things "different" It would be proper english to say The ugly girl is very intelligent. See what Im getting? Oh I think I do remeber hearing it one time...but this was at the Cube Club...so...who knows... BRO_co03's edit: Please don't double post within four days. |
