Well guys, I've been thinking, and I've decided that I want to get into the 1st person genre games. But I don't want just any FPG. I want something unique, something that will pull me in. That's where I got the idea of MP. So, I ask you guys, should I get it? I'd love to hear some sort of opinions from you guys  |

The first one is really a little too enthusiastic, but yeah, you should definitely get the game.

It's a really good game. Somehow, Nintendo and Retro Studios were able to take the 2D Metroid games and turn it into an awesome 3D, first-person experience. I highly recommend it.

So basically the game is not your average first person adventure? Sounds fun, I better check into it. But sadly I have NOOOO money v_v And then there's a truckload of OTHER games I plan on getting, like VJ2, da da da da DA. It sucks to be broke  |

Personally.. i didn't like it. It got boring.
It's a cool game.. but it just got boring for me.. I'm glad I only rented it.. I got so bored of it, I never bothered to beat this one boss... the one where you have to fight a bunch of bug thingies, and after a while the "mother" or bigger version pops up, and you're trapped in a ravine-like place..... meh it's like the 2nd boss or something.... :/
The graphics are awesome, and everything seemed to be well placed, from what I could play.. but meh.. I played it for like 2 days, and never touched it again.

I'd say buy it. Prime 2 is coming out 2, and all word says it is a ton better. Playing the first Prime first would allow you to appreciate everything it has to offer even more. I'd say give it a try, and then prepare to be amazed once Prime 2 comes out!!

Depends on what kind of gamer you are. If you're into adventure, you should like this. If you were expecting more shooting, less back-tracking (like me), you probably won't like it.

Well, it took forever, but, I FINALLY GOT THE GAME! w00tness, this is way cool, and I suppose the theory I made on the game before playing it was correct . I hate how you lose the Varia suit at the end of the first level. The Power Suit just can't compare to the Varia Suit! oh well, at least I can still scan endless stuff, which IMO is definitely a cool feature ^_^. I think it's one of the best games I've played in a while, but Viewtiful Joe is my absolute favorite GameCube game from launch to now |
