How many members here actually use the progressive scan option on the Gamecube?
Nintendo pulled this feature quite a while ago from newer GCN units.

I haven't. I was considering getting the cord for it and start to use it, but I decided to not bother.

I thought it was for certain TVs. Ya, I never bothered. For certain TVs that are really big. But it can kinda be a bad idea, since images in the game can be burned into the screen. For example, if you're playing Super Mario Sunshine, if the life bar stays the same through your play time, it'll get burned into it, and then you'll see that "Pimp My Ride" has 3 hits until it's dead
