I'm PRETTY SURE it would be similar to the Game Boy Player. If it was a hardrive, it would have to cost alot of money, around $70-$100. Not many people would buy it then. If it's similar to the GBP in price and use, people would buy it, which means Nintendo would make a better profit.

I think Nintendo just wants publicity. You see, a main complaint with the Game Boy Advance was, you couldn't see. The Game Boy Player, which has likely been in development since the GCN launched, was a solution to this problem. Unlike a 'N64 Player', there's still a market for Game Boy Advance games. The whole idea of the Game Boy Player was to allow gamers to play on a big screen, instead of 1 inch screen, or whatever the dimensions of the GBA are.

Like Shiva said, it'll probably be like the Game Boy Player. Just stick a special disc into your 'Cube, hook up the additional hardware and play.

If it does come out (it probably won't, like gamefreaks said, it's prbably just for publicity and noone really makes N64 games anymore), I'd hope it'd be like the GBP, but it'd be a pain to detatch the GBP(that's a chore), put the N64 adaptor back on, then reattatch the GBP. I don't want a 2 foot tall 'Cube. Just a 1 foot tall 'Cube. Any bigger and that's just ridiculous.

I think it might be an attachment to the Cube like the GameBoy Player. Maybe it will plug into Serial Port 2.
