GCN is already online with the PSO games. That's true, but it's nice to know these aren't the only games we can play online (if we were to play online, which I won't be anytime soon.)

Note: Many websites have listed their 3rd party games to be Online for Gamecube. Then, we found out that the game is not online at all

Not exactly a stunning revelation.
Cube has no online support in any practical sense. Online gaming costs money, plus you have to have the modem and internet fees... just not worth it. When they decide to make it free, I'll hop on the bandwagon.

Similar to what MasTa said, I think EA was just too lazy to remove that part from the GCN page. I'd be really surprised if the GameCube version was actually online.

I wish EA would make online for Nintendo there just evil to Nintendo sometimes .Of course you can make Super Smash Brother's Melee and Mario Kart Double Dash online with Warpipe
