It baffles me that he never thinks of playing the game before judging it. V_V Why can't Jack understand that?

Thompson is getting really annoying... First it's GTA, then it's the Sims, and now Killer 7. Has he played any of these games? Or does he simply use Google to find out bad stuff about them?

He's going to fail because people will realize this "full blown sex scene" really isn't a full blown sex scene. He's the one with egg on his face because he doesn't research what he's talking about.

I'm going with the latter. Yeah, me too.  He's going to fail because people will realize this "full blown sex scene" really isn't a full blown sex scene. He's the one with egg on his face because he doesn't research what he's talking about. Hopefully that will lead to the downfall, for lack of a better word, of Thompson. Once he gets proved wrong, people won't pay as much attention to him. |

I'm in the 'politics world' and I play videogames. Seriously, the more people talk about Jack Thompson, the more you're going to hear outrageous things from him. I wish the gaming media would stop reporting his non-sense. |

What does he think game like killer 7 do?
Make you want to be an assasin when your older. If that was the case, there would be alot more plumbers around with mario having his face plastered around every gamestore.
Grrrrrrr this guy really wants to further his political career doesn't he.

Absolutely! I reached that part. "Full-blown sex scene" my heinie! The camera was placed expertly so that it would not show anything. I mean, in San Andreas and God of War, you actually got to CONTROL the characters as they had intercourse. In Killer 7, his "Full-blown sex scene" can be easily skipped with a flick of the freaking Start button. Also, this scene is only here to show how Garcian thinks of Samantha. To Harman, she is a loyal and obediant friend. Garcian, however, percieves her as an abusive punk. That's the only reason why that scene was there. Oh, and I told my parents this. They think Thompson's an idiot, too. ;D |

Though I agree that Jack Thompson is a moron, I am not going to say he was wrong about the San Andreas incident. Take-Two lied to the ESRB, and for that they deserve to be punished. As far as Killer 7 goes, he won't be able to win this I'm sure Capcom informed the ESRB about this scene but also told them that nothing could be seen from the camera angle. The same is with God of War: though you control Kratos as he has sex, it is implied more than it is shown. San Andreas promotes sex and Take Two lied, and for that I think their game should be re-rated. As far as K7 goes, however, I disagree. Jack Thompson has shown this kind of stupidity before with his "sims" case, where he was proven to be utterly wrong.
