www.gamespot.com/gamecube/sports/nbastreetv3/preview_6115668.htmlCheck out the latest trailer of the game as it shows Mario, Luigi and Peach hitting some high hoops and some sweet dunks. All 3 characters are playable in their All-Star team in the Nintendo GameCube version of NBA Street V3. As you can see from the trailer, it does look pretty sweet but I'm a bit on the not so sure side with Mario and Luigi's gear. Peach's clothes look fine to me... a little too fine with her tiny shorts... >_> But although Mario and Luigi play in their traditional plumbing overalls in practically every game, like in Tennis, Golf and Kart, I still think they could do with a slight outfit alteration in NBA Street V3. They don't fit in well with all the other players in their clothes. But anyway, I'm not that fussed about it, after all the game does look great with these 3 Nintendo characters in it. It's bound to shift some copies, just look at Soul Calibur II for confirmation of that - Link in the GC version alone made the GC version sell more than the PS2 and Xbox versions. I for one have never played a basketball game before but I know I'll pick this game up when it comes out. Take a look for yourselves and tell me what you think!

I think that from a business standpoint, it's a very smart move. Having Link in Soul Calibur II really helped boost sales, and I'm sure Mario will do the same for NBA Street Vol. 3. However, it is a little odd that Mario is in NBA Street... He doesn't exactly fit with the series. Then again, there is something strangely cool about watching Mario making a slam dunk. Also, welcome to the RN Forums, Phazink!

Peach is wearing shorts? I didn't see any. It should be a fun game, I remember playing NBA Street V1 on PS2 way back. I may just get V3 for Gamecube if I can find it for less then 60-70 bucks. (CAD)

Ah yes, thank you for welcoming me, guys. I didn't see an introducing page so I just thought I'd dive in and share this new info! Anyway, the game's looking good yet I still feel like Mario and Luigi need a slight clothing alteration. Peach looks very... well-dressed... ^_^;
