*sigh* I always get called fanboy, because I didn't like Halo.... ANyway I'll get RE4 maybe in 2006... Because you act like one, for God's sake.... But if you get scared easily, you shouldn't get RE4. You'll stop playing it for months upon months, and refuse to return it to GameStop.

Wind Waker lacked a lot of fun during the second half of the game. Otherwise, it could have been a very good game.
I think they rushed releasing it. It certainly needed a lot more time in development, in my honest opinion. That's why I hope they release the next Zelda no earlier than November.
That said, I'm playing it again right now (cause I'm taking a break from RE4 after beating it 3 times) and I'm nearing the end, and while I think I like the game a little better now than I did two years ago, it's still hardly the best GameCube game, and it's not EAD's best GameCube game (that goes to Super Mario Sunshine).

EAD? Anyway, I never made it to the end of TWW. I got my file deleted at the Earth Temple... I started to replay it, I'm now at the Hyrule Castle after just getting the Master Sword. I don't feel like playing the game that much anymore. Been busy with others. So you've beaten RE4 three times already, eh? Impressive.

EAD = Entertainment, Analysis and Design (Miyamoto's development house).
And, well, my 2nd and 3rd times through RE4 were quick and really unfair because of how much firepower I had. An obscene amount, really.
Professional mode is going to wait until I get a break from college.

I'm going to have to agree with Absent Elements...RE4 is THE BEST console game this year, and maybe even the best that I've ever played. It's got a ridiculously addictive gameplay...Nothing beats blowing the head off of scary villagers! I hear that some people don't like the story...I personally thought it was pretty good. However, I'm not very critical when it comes to a game's plot.

I played all the good ones. TWW is the best Zelda game. Talk to me again, when your not on drugs. Woah, excellent defense of your point. Perhaps try explaining your case, instead of just saying people are on drugs. It helps make you seem like your opinion is actually valid when you give reasons, instead of just random comments. If you have posted your reasons somewhere, I may have missed them, but I'd love to see them. That being said, TWW is a great game. It's not my favorite console game by any means (did I mention GoldenEye 007?), but it is a great game none-the-less. The graphics were great and the gameplay was awesome as well. When I first set sail, it was just a sweet experience all together. However, the game was almost frighteningly easy. I mean, it was an awesome game, but I'd like to be challenged a bit. The hardest thing was probaly hitting the guy 1000 times before he hit you three times - and I did that on my second try. Anyways, RE4. I finally opened my Demo for this game, which Nintendo sent me out of the blue about 2 months ago, and I must say it is great. Goodness, those villagers just frickin' sneak up on you! My roomate was just laughing every time I got my head chopped off by the chainsaw guy. It's a fun game, but I thought the controls were downright awful at times. I realize it isn't an FPS (so the aiming complaints aren't entirely valid), but I shouldn't have to take that much time to learn how to even turn comfortably. Once I have time and money (i.e., this summer...hopefully) I'll probably buy it, but I don't think it will be my favorite game of all time. They did a great job with it overall though. The mood given out in the game is great, much like its predecessor for the Cube. Games of this nature fall victim to their controls though, which I think this one has done.
