Pennant Chase Baseball looks pretty good. I was reading the preview of it in Nintendo Power yesterday and some of the uniqiue features, such as the ability to upgrade different parts of your team's stadium, sound interesting. However, I want to read some reviews before I decide if I want Pennant Chase Baseball.

I don't know. Im not a fan of Baseball and I hate most Baseball games. I may rent it first.

I might get NPCB, though I don't like sports games, Mario Golf was an excellent golf game that was somewhat serious. Either this or Mario Baseball is what I'll get, I might get both, never know.

baseball games tend to be boring IMO
The world needs Mario Hockey, and not that crap from Mario Party 5, either.

If Nintendo makes a Mario hockey game, it would require 2 things.
1. Checking through glass from the NHL Hitz series.

If it was like NHL Hitz, I would definately get it. It had the best hitting of all hockey games.

1. It's a baseball game. 2. You can't make a baseball game truly great. That's about all I can say. For those of us who have played baseball for 15 years, as well as baseball video games for just as long, we know it is impossible to make a truly great, realistic, fun, and easy to play baseball game. As much as you can argue, it just can't be done. As I've said before, gamers want to win all the time, and the best batters win only 35% of the time. It's either not realistic, or it isn't fun.  |

^I agree to a point. I don't want to win in a sports game all the game. Hence why I play them all on the hardest setting. I want it to be realistic and not go 162-0 in a season.

I agree that you can never have a game as realistic as the real thing. And I enjoy challenging games, since they really have you test your gaming skills. I think I may rent this, I don't like most baseball games but this looks alright.
