Is it legal to trade them in? A stupid question, I know, but I've been wanting to trade them in because I don't ever play them... but the 'Not for Resale' tag on the box is bugging me. Can you help? Thanks.

I don't think that it technically legal to trade them in. However, Nintendo is not going to sue anyone if they trade one of the bonus discs in.
