When Starcraft: Ghost was first announced, I was pretty interested in it. Over time, however, I started to lose interest because of all the delays. Then, when Swingin' Ape became the developer, I was suddenly interested again. So, now that Blizzard has cancelled the GCN version, I'm a little upset. Ghost looks like it could be a really cool game.

The best Crash game that I've played to date. As for the topic at hand, I'm so pre-occupied with all the other handhelds and systems that I don't notice GameCube cancellations anymore. What should be cancelled is the GameCube; it's time to move on. |

After being a loyal fan of Blizz for soooo long, and being jacked around by them repeatedly, I left them in the dust. There is still a faint hope in the back of mind that they will make a good game again, but it's a very dim, faint hope. They scrap games like Warcraft Adventures and Ghost so that they can make broken games like WoW, and just when it gets slightly playable, you realize that it just wasn't all that fun to begin with. I thought I was being loyal for playing through the bugs with them, but I was just being jacked around by Blizz again.
Ghost? meh....It actually looked kinda crappy anyways. Did you see the graphics? Forget current gen. It looked halfway between PS1 and PS2 graphics. They need to wake up and get in shape. They take too long to make games, then they are surprised when technology passes them by.

Blizzard fan...not really. I lost interest in them after they came out with WoW. They are not the same as they used to be.

When I found this out, my reaction was somewhere in the middle. I mean, by the time the game comes out it's going to be highly outdated, but when I did play it (two years ago on GCN, heh) it was actually kind of fun.

When I found this out, my reaction was somewhere in the middle. I mean, by the time the game comes out it's going to be highly outdated, but when I did play it (two years ago on GCN, heh) it was actually kind of fun. Actually, it won't be coming out at all. They cancelled the whole project recently. |

They cancelled the whole project recently. I was referring to the cancelation when I said I was somewhere in the middle. It didn't bother me too much, but I can't say I didn't want it at all. Then I rambled about playing it at E3 on GCN, which is where you got confused I think. |

They discontintued Warcraft Adventures for an "indetermined amount of time" too. That was almost years ago. It was a pretty good idea. I hope they do it again. Maybe for next gen down the line, they'll have Starcraft: WW2 style (but in a good way) I would enjoy playing the SC world in a massive army style or CoD2 style game. You could be several classes and several races. That would rock. |
