Id say the best one is probably Action Replay.

For GBA, I have a GameShark. Mine's a reeeealy early model, but it works like a charm. I don't have an Action Replay, so I don't know if I could reccomend that or not.

If not, you can easily download them from www.codejunkies.com . You'll also be able to buy an AR from there.

And if not, it comes with a PC setup to download and take into account the cheats you've handled there. I don't really use the downloads, but the GS sure as heck works well!

In all honesty I would never use an AR or gamshark. Both run the risk of corrupting your game. I've seen it happen with gameboy games before.

That's another problem I have with those products, you will always find those games that need you to go out and buy the new model.
