The last new games that it will have, if they even come out in America, are Final Fantasy V & Final Fantasy VI. Other than that, the GBA is dead. There aren't that many games coming out for it, and they are mostly just 3rd party. I wouldn't be surprised if a handful of new GBA games shows up at E3. I'm not expecting much, but I doubt that Nintendo would completely ignore its best-selling system.

True however, but there isn't enough to really keep handheld players inticed with the GBA games anymore to want a GBA, any version. They will probably get or have DS or whatever.

I'll be shocked if Nintendo has any more than one or two new GBA games at E3.

I'll be shocked if Nintendo has any more than one or two new GBA games at E3. Well, we already know of the set of six Digilux games (more about them here), Final Fantasy V, and Final Fantasy VI. So before E3 even starts, I can guarantee that there will be more than one or two new GBA games from Nintendo.

I'm speaking of Nintendo developed games.

Yeah It looks like the GBA is pretty much gone. there are a few random GBA made games on the shelfs from time to time at walmart and the best buy still has some gba games.
