Far Cry Wii PreviewIf you guys haven't seen it yet, a new preview of Far Cry for the Wii has been added to RN. While details on the game are still a bit scare, Richard has both summarized all the known information and offered some interesting speculation on the control scheme. So be sure to check it out and share your thoughts here.

Can't wait....I think the game will look great since Far Cry on the XBox looked awesome, and obviously, Wii is even more powerful than Xbox.
However, I am interested in seeing how the game uses the Wii remote.

SPANKY SAYS YES! First Far Cry game that I'm actually interested in. I just hope it doesnt wind up like the Xbox360 version.

yea, the xbox360 version was the exact same as the xbox version, just with both of the xbox games in one disk. Graphics where better, which was the only change in the game. And i loved all of the games.

What was wrong with the 360 version? First of all: - price tag for the game. original Xbox game is $20. original PC is $10, sometimes a freebie with things. - laaaaaag like you would not believe. online. - nobody plays online. - its not really a big leap from the Xbox version, and it feels like a port.

it is a port, and the box even says it is a port. Quote "xbox360 version has the 2 original xbox games, on one disk!". yeah, it is overpriced, but you can say the same thing about most of the 360 games anyways, like CoD2, $60 last time i looked, where you can get the pc version for like $40, and you can get the same, if not better graphics, and probably free online multiplay.

CoD2 is pretty good on the Xbox360. I don't regret paying the $60. It's actually Far Cry Instincts, but with some stuff added on. Not both Instincts and Predator or whatever the 2nd Xbox game was.

yeah, except that the second xbox game is a new story line.
and the 360 version has levels from the 2 origanal xbox games, but not all. (but still enough to say that it has both games on one disk)
