I have an eye for color, and although most people won't notice it, I notice a very slight shade difference in the banner and the forum color.
I'm not sure what the HEX colors are, but I do know that when I copied the image and put it in paint to prove that my eyes are seeing the real thing, this is what I got.
Huge 0 Red 102 Sat 240 Green 0 Lum 48 Blue 0
***************
Hue 1 Red 105 Sat 240 Green 3 Lum 49 Blue 0
Those are the properties of both color shades

It looks better, by the way, how come Paint doesn't tell you HEX colors, it breaks down the color into properties? Does Photoshop tell you the HEX color?

It depends on what kind of photo shop you use. Do you have Adobe Photoshop? That program is very good for making banners. That's how Silverflame makes her banners.

Yeah, but it's good you found it. At least you can use it now. I should a banner for myself and put it at the bottom of my signature. Do you guys think I should?

FlameMaster - You need to upload the image to a image host. You can't directly link to your computer.

I want to put it in my sig. What should I put before the URL to make it appear as an image? I already have it loaded up online so that I can link to it.

I've tried that and it doesn't work. I used MSN groups and the pictures link doesn't show up here. Where should I load it up?
