You're right. I just checked and only me and JSR can see it. It's not a Header/Footer code problem, it seems to be a bug in the PB code.
I'll close the old Word Association thread and make a new one.
Edit: After locking and unlocking the thread it seems to be working now. I'll leave the old one open and if it happens again, then I'll close it down.

Yeah, it's fixed. Maybe having too many pages caused the problem.
