I believe adding music might annoy some other forum members.
Plus, RN is a pretty professional site, adding music would take that away.

Sorry, but I'm not going to add any embedded music to the forums (or the site). Like MasTa said, it makes the site seem less professional. Plus, it could cause some problems for people with slow Internet connections.

And it would have to open in a pop up, other wise the music file will have to restart every time you refresh or go to a different page.
