Wow, hope nothing like THAT becomes what Random Nintendo is gonna be in the future... Being banned for accusing some one of being biased. Hm. I've been there, too.

It was at this one Castlevania fansite (it's been roughly 4 years, so I don't remember the name... It may not even be up anymore). Actually, allow me to rephrase that: it was a Castlevania: Symphony of the Night fansite. Some complete asswipe was downtalking Harmony of Dissonance (The latest in the series at that time), saying that it was trying to "copy Symphony's gameplay the way a retarded gay kid tries to copy his big brother." He went on to say that there was not one good thing about Harmony, period; that it was too short, ugly, annoying, and stupid. Now at this time, my brother downloaded the Japanese ROM of the game, and I had played through it up to where Death kidnapped Lydie. I had really enjoyed the game; it had great gameplay, nice visuals, lots of tiny action-based puzzles to spruce up the gameplay, and (my favorite part) tons of interesting boss fights. The Skeleton King was my favorite. Anyway, I defended the game, saying how awesome the boss fights were, how utterly cool the gameplay was. He says "You're one of those kids who grew up not having any friends, right? You need to realize when you're wrong; Harmony is one of the worst games out there. Symphony of the Night was 2D perfection, and the fact that the two games are actually related is insulting." I reply "What the hell do you know? Symphony wasn't perfect by any means, on any level. The difficulty proved to be uneven, the voice acting was atrocious, the story was a little cliched, and worst of all, the ending theme was the most emasulating moment in my life. To say Symphony of the Night is perfect, and downplaying Harmony simply because it ISN'T Symphony of the Night is simply childish. You hate all the other Castlevanias because they aren't Symphony, and that makes you no more than a biased spoiled brat." Banned. To those wondering why people who think that Symphony is the only good Vania game annoy the hell out of me, the mystery is solved.

Actually I have only played Aria of Sorrow, CV I-III on NES, and CV IV on SNES. I think AoS was my favorite. I can't beleive that happened. Just shows how mature he is. I went against of a reviewer who is always reviewing Japanese RPGs and etc... She never gives like above 7.9 . Not a total exaguration. So I said something about how some of those games were good, blah blah blah, and that she shouldn't be reviewing those kinda of games if she never looks on the bright side of them and stop being like that. Switch to a different genre. BANNAGE

Japanese RPGs? She needs to get her head examined. Kingdom Hearts, Dragon Warrior/Quest, and the entire FF series are Japanese RPGs. Besides that, most games come from Japan. To say that Japanese RPGs aren't cool is like saying video games shouldn't have been made cool in Japan. It's stupid. As for me, I try to be as unbiased as possible. Sometimes, it's pretty hard, though--Ubisoft is STILL my trendy antithesis; Rayman, BG&E, and the Tom Clancy games just didn't entertain me. I judge Ubisoft games as fair as I can... even though they iz mah enemie!!@!!11!1
