It is not coming back any time soon. I don't know for sure, but we aren't seeing it until, at the least, later this year.

WOULD YOU STOP SAYING THAT? Excuse my outburst. To be honest, the off-topic's board removal probably was a good idea. Because I joined after it was gone, I never experienced it, but at least there's little spam on this board.

Yeah, and I must admit I myself got slightly spammy at times.
The forum at least needs to have a full recovery if it ever should get the OT board back.
