I sat there, telling my cousin that he should buy a Gamecube. How Metroid was going to take him, how Mario will make him laugh, and how Animal Crossing will suck up his life. Guess what he went with in the end- he bought a PS2. He bought it simply because he liked the games on there. He was a Final Fantasy fan, he loved games like US Navy Seals, and he was simply engulfed by the games on there.
I learned something, not everyone has the same tastes. Microsoft is usually for the arcade fans, the older generation. Sony's Playstations are usually for teens who like RPGS, shooters, and those "hip" things. Then here comes Nintendo. Nintendo is usually for.........usually for.....everyone. Nintendo gives gamers what they want. They are a mix of Sony, Microsoft, and everyone else. They have Resident Evil 4 for the Xbox Fan. They have Super Monkey Ball and other arcade games for the Xbox fan. They have the PN 03s, the 007s, the SSBMs for the PS2 gamer. Then they have games like Mario Kart, Animal Crossing and much more for the casual gamer. I am here to prove that Nintendo is for everyone. Ive heard talks that Nintendo is kiddy and all that. Hey Microsoft, remember the game "Sneakers?".
Nintendo has all the tastes....
I really like the Xbox, it has great games, a great online feature (features...), and it has great quality. The PS2, I don't really like their approach, they just throw in games, and they just gather up the cash, they do not think of the consumer at all. No feedback is read, no calls are returned.
But Nintendo surpasses them all, again, they have the games to surpass everyone! They have their innonivate handhelds. The DS shall set a new standard in gaming, the GBA SP is ment to be flipped into your pocket.
Oh, and Nintendo is all about the GAME. Sony's PSP is a Multimedia player. Microsoft is the PC Company. Nintendo is the gaming company. Say it with me: GAMING COMPANY. Nothing else is made in there. Everything there is about the games.
So when someone says, Gamecube sucks, or "Should I buy a GCN?". Lead them here.
"He with the best games win. Always been like that, always will". And so it is.
Microsoft is the king of computers. Sony is the king in multimedia. But Nintendo....Nintendo is the king of GAMING.
