i just heard this interesting new rumor that Mario is getting his own hollywood square! anyone have any thoughts? i don't know whether or not to believe it, so i just wanna hear what other people have to say

Well they do have video game squares somewhere in Hollywood for characters and people. I know Shiggy is in it and also Mario.

There aren't any plans for Mario to get a Hollywood Square (well, announced plans, at least). However, at Sony's Metreon in San Fransico, there's something called the "Walk of Game." Mario does have a Walk of Game star, along with Link, Mr. Miyamoto, Sonic, and a handful of other characters/people. You can find out more about it by clicking here. I doubt it. Ratchet and Clank would have had to do something big for gaming. Thats why I can see Mario and Halo being in it.
