Who's the greatest badguy in the history of games? Big question. Mine is the Scissorman from Clock Tower: The First Fear (SNES, PSone, Win95, Wonderswan-Japan Only) and Clock Tower (PSone). Every time he appears, he usually enters with this Jason Voorhees-esque flare that scares the crap out of me. He came way before Nemesis from RE3, and has a grossly-oversized pair of hadgeclippers that he uses to slice you up. Sure, you could hide from him... But then, he'll just pop into your hiding spot and remind you who is truly stupid. Any others?

Bowser. He's the classic video game villain.

I'd say Bowser for his look but Gannon for such pure hate.
