I still believe it's the 'parents(ones who are concened sex and violence in video games)' responsibility to decide which games their children play as long as they understand the ratings. I'm old enough to buy and play the games I want with no supervision and no guidance from ratings, myself.

Well, duh, NormalGamer! Of COURSE it isn't the parents' fault. Why should the blame go to parents who don't care what their kids play or don't care enough about their kids to know what they're into these days? It's the damn ESRB and Rockstar cause they force these games into the hands of little babies! BABIES! With superpowers! And why?! Because Rockstar desires nothing short of world dominance!! With subliminal messages sent to these youngsters that command them to worship Satan and eat puppies with mustard (How dastardly!), Rockstar shall soon conquer the earth!

A lot of people miss an obvious point. Government regulation FORCES parents to be parents. I can see why the industry doesn't want that (they'll lose money), but I think it would have a positive influence on our society as a whole (and would stop politicians from blaming games; they'd have to blame the parents).
