Man, this one ended being pretty hard, since Nintendo has a penchant for using a franchise once, and then never touching it again (and suing anyone else who does).
I didn't include Kid Icarus, because, well, it has its own thread already; it seemed kind of pointless.
Anyhow, each game would have a great sequel, no matter which one you choose. Mach Rider could end up being a mixture between Shadow of the Colossus and F-Zero GX... Famicom Detective Club could end up part Clock Tower, part Tomb Raider (back when TR was actually good)... Punchout could stay the same, but have more opponents with inventive fighting schemes... The possibilities are simply endless!!!11!!1

You know where my real vote goes, but since you left it out for reasons stated, I'll go with Punch Out. I think the Revmote (see, I used Revmote) would go great with it.

I think that a new Ice Climber game should be released on DS. The dual screens would be perfect for the mountains that Popo and Nana must climb. The main reason for my vote, though, is that I'm simply a big Ice Climber fan.
