Vote for who you think is the most annoying out of these characters. You cannot deny that these people get on your nerves sometimes or all the time.
For those who aren't familiar with Mr. Reseti--he is the annoying mole in Animal Crossing who pops up when you start a game after restarting without saving. He is furious which makes happy people moody and he has ALOT of annoying dialogue.
My vote would be for Princess Peach. I have a grudge against her stupidity and her ummm getting captured often deal. I mean, after hearing her voice acting and seeing dialogue, she is not the sharpest of wit. And she is obviously stupid enough to be vunerable enough to be kidnapped.
Tingle comes close however.

Slippy. Gah I hated him in SF64, sometimes I would shoot him down just do I wouldnt have to hear him whine.

I can't believe you listed Mr. Resetti as an annoyance. He's the most awesome supporting cast character ever. If he pops up and yells at you, it isn't his fault; it's yours and yours alone.
Tingle is THE most obnoxious idea for a character. He reminds me of Napolean Dynamite's brother Kip and my cousin Charlie (Who is as intelligent as hamster pudding).

peach because she gets kidnapped in every Mario game (i wonder if she runs off with a another man than brakes up with them and calls Mario to help her out). than tingel OH MAN i hate him he is a 35 year old man waiting for fairy while wearing a green spandex suit WTF is wrong him. last but not lest slippy Yeah i know he WHINES A LOT i would usually mute the TV and play ( the great sound of quietness)

I think Resetti is the most annoying although I've only seen him a few times by accident. Tingle is a close second, but the only thing I don't like about him is his annoying moan.
