what is up with the game manuels not being in color any more. I used to love the bright pastel colors of the game characters and settings in the manuels. It brings some additional flavor to reading the manuels!

I don't mind the Black & White manuals for games that have that dark and b&w noir feeling, but games liek Mario and Zelda NEED color.

Some manuals, such as all of Nintendo's, are still in color. It's just that a lot of companies are getting cheap and don't want to spend money on full-color manuals.
